3. Installation – 60 minutes with two technicians
   Safety: place the car on top-of-travel buffers, open the main disconnect and wait 5 min for DC bus to discharge (<50 V).

1. Photograph every power and signal connector – note DC+, DC-, U/V/W, encoder, CAN, thermal.
2. Remove four M6 flange bolts; slide the old board out of the card guides.
