Otis Elevator researches, develops, manufactures, installs, repairs, maintains, and upgrades transportation systems such as elevators, escalators, and moving walks. The following is the analysis and solutions of common faults of Otis elevators compiled by Zhuye, welcome to learn from~
Collection of Otis Elevator Faults and Solutions
3100 users complained that the elevator stops and cannot run, the outbound call does not work, the floor display is normal, and the door does not open. Use TT to check TCB fault records 0100, 0105, OVF20 fault records CHK DBD SIG, check SW1 and 2 relays, and find that SW1 relay is auxiliary The contacts are in poor contact, and they are normal after replacement.
The user of the T60 elevator complained that the door was repeatedly opened and closed at the leveling position, and it needed to be closed several times before it could run. Check that there is no fault record on the MIB board and the inverter. Observe in the computer room and wait for the failure to occur. It is found that when the fault occurs, the U and D relays are pulled in and then disconnected immediately. Use a multimeter to check the voltage of the A1 terminals of the U and D relays. It is found that there is no voltage when the fault occurs. Combined with the fault and no fault registration, the suspected fault should be checked one by one after the safety detection point. Check the contact points of the car door and the hall door to be normal. The fault point has not been detected for the time being. After observing the operation, it is found that the U and D relays will be disconnected after the LB relay is sucked down. Check the drawings, and the LB relay has basically no effect on the U and D relays. Finally, hold the LB relay with your hand to make it artificially controlled, and find that the fault no longer occurs. It is suspected that the LB relay contact is faulty. Check the main relay contacts in the control cabinet. It is found that the contact resistance of the SDP relay 13-14 contacts is 50-200 ohms. After cleaning the contacts, the fault frequency is significantly reduced and replaced. After troubleshooting.
The T2000VF user complained that the elevator was shut down, released the person upon arrival, went to the machine room for inspection and maintenance, and the elevator did not move. TT checked the MC fault record 2703, the DB fault record D CURRENT FDBK, checked the UDX relay contacts were in normal contact, and checked the motor output pile of the control cabinet. It was found that the pile head of phase W was burnt, and it was normal after replacing the pile head.
T2000VF users complained that the elevator was flickering and flickering. Use TT to check MC fault record 2703, DB fault record INVERTER OCT, check that the UDX relay contact is normal, the control cabinet motor wiring pile head is normal, and the motor coil resistance is normal. Let go, PVT is not normal will also cause a fault, check the brake is normal, PVT inspection found that the plug welding wire is loose, repair the fault after welding.
300VF users complained that the elevator stopped and stopped, and it had to stop 5 or 6 times when going to the first floor. When I went to the computer room and found the fault, the main engine had a lot of running noise, like the sound of mechanical grinding. I pulled the electric car to check that the main engine was running normally, and it was judged to be an electrical failure. Use TT to check MC fault record 2703, DB fault record D CURRENT FDBK, INVERTER OCT, and it is normal after replacing PVT.
T60 users complained that the operation stopped and stopped, shutting down people. When I arrived, I found that no one was locked in. The elevator stopped and stopped. I checked the MIB fault registration OUS, and the SDP was on. I checked the speed sensor and found that there was a lot of grease on the reflective disc. It was normal after cleaning.
3100 users complained that the elevator opened and stopped on the 1st floor and did not respond to outgoing calls. Use TT to check that the status of M111 is normal, check that the door close button signal has no input, and the light curtain does not take into account, and the door machine opens and closes normally. After the elevator is repaired and restored to normal The elevator always stops on the 1st floor and opens the door, and there is always a call signal in M111. Cut off the internal and external calls as usual. It is suspected that the problem is the call switch on the LCBII board. Flip up and down without the call signal input. After the switch is switched on, the elevator returns to normal. Take a multimeter to check that the switch has a pair of contacts that are always on.
T40 elevator, a maintenance worker has repaired the fault on site, but no problem can be detected. After arriving, the machine room is opened for inspection and the elevator does not move. Check the fault light is normal. Check the line number 2XQ36 behind the hall door. The SDP relay is not sucked, check the SDP relay wire package is out of power, check the BPR\AZX relay contacts, and find that the 1-9 normally closed contacts of the AZX relay are disconnected, and the elevator returns to normal after replacement.
(This fault has been going on for a long time, and the fault record is not clear.) The T2000VF elevator stops and stops in the upward direction, and the downward direction is normal. Check the DBR resistor and find that one resistor is blown out, and it is normal after replacement.
When the T-40 was descending and approaching the leveling floor, there was a feeling of slurping. After checking, it was found that the pin in the middle of the brake arm came out. After replacing the top wire, the fault was eliminated. This failure is extremely dangerous. Everyone must pay attention to the brake pin when maintaining the 17CT main engine.
EFO often occurs in 3100 elevators. Go to the on-site TT to check that the status is normal. After observation, occasionally EFO appears again. Check that the fire protection input is normal, check that RS18 is normal, and check that the fire protection module of the user occasionally operates normally after being removed.
The CHVF elevator goes up to the 2nd floor and stops suddenly. The brake is not loose, and the elevator can return to the base station after a while. After repeating this, it is found that the voltage of the brake is insufficient.
T-40 has a 1m/s, 10-floor, 10-station, 40-bed ladder. When running upwards, start-run-change speed protection. In this way, it takes several times to reach the third floor and the door does not open when it runs to the second floor. When it reaches the third floor, it does not open. Open the door and go back to the 1st floor. After inspection, it was found that the connection of one contact of the AZX small relay was weakly welded.
The T-3100 elevator sometimes loses floors during operation, that is, it automatically goes to the bottom floor to find a location. LCB11 fault record is 0100, 0201, 0211, OVF20 has no fault record. The reason for the failure is that there is a problem with the LCB11 board chip, and it is normal after replacement.
T-3100 elevator, user feedback The elevator sometimes stops at a certain floor and does not open the door. The fault of LCB11 is mainly 0205, and the cause of the fault is the thermal protection of the motor. Since the temperature in the machine room is not very high, it is normal to check the brake and so on. It is normal after adjusting the OVF20 parameters.
For the T-3100 elevator, the user reported that the elevator sometimes stops at a certain floor with the door open and does not move, but it is displayed as 1F, and it is normal after connecting with the 1LS accompanying elevator. Fault 17 (this fault was provided by -screwdriver friend) T-3100 elevator, the user reported that the elevator sometimes lost floors. LCB11 fault records are: 0100, 0201, 0231OVF210 fault records are: SHUT DOWN, 1LS INI DEC, LV MISSED and connected to 1LV, 2LV and then normal.
T-3 passenger elevator, the elevator is closed, sometimes it cannot start normally when the inspection and maintenance operation is started after arrival, the motor does not turn, check the circuit, the U and D relay contacts are in poor contact, and sometimes it still cannot be repaired during the maintenance operation Start normally, but the brake cannot be opened. Check that the contact of the G contactor is in bad contact. Repair it with a multimeter to check that it is normal. If it is still not good after checking and repairing it, it will be normal after directly jumping the contact of the G contactor. Replace the G contactor and troubleshoot. the
In the past, when repairing some contactor faults, I also encountered a situation where the multimeter was used to check that it was normal, but the actual use of the contact still failed. If you are not familiar with the circuit knowledge, you will take a detour. Be careful when touching the contacts.
